Better for mobile players than desktop players
My feelings towards LeoVegas differed depending on whether I was playing on mobile or desktop. On mobile, whether Android or iOS, LeoVegas provided a top-class user experience, and I could tell why they brand themselves as a ‘mobile-first’ casino. The apps are easy to use, free of any noticeable bugs, and enjoy extremely regular updates to enhance the overall experience even further.
On desktop, however, I felt as though LeoVegas need to improve the site design somewhat. One issue is that there is simply too much empty space as the site does not employ the full width of the screen. This merely resulted in additional time spent scrolling and would seem an easy problem to fix if they so desired.
How much of a hindrance this is will depend on where you are playing from, as the LeoVegas games collection varies depending on your location. UK customers have a great collection at their disposal but if you were playing from Canada, for example, the games library is sub-par and less than half the size.
No matter where you are, though, LeoVegas has excellent customer support on hand and a fantastic array of ‘safer gambling’ tools that can help you stay in control of your money.
