I have requested payouts from MyStake several times now. It is a straightforward process I never had any problems with. This article summarises my personal experience and any problems and issues users may encounter when withdrawing money from their betting account at the MyStake casino online. Having read lots of forums (including Reddit and Quora) on the subject, this is the ultimate withdrawal guide for 2024.

How to Withdraw Money from My Stake Account

Withdrawing money from My Stake is quite simple. Just follow these simple steps:

how to withdraw money from mystake
  1. Sign into your MyStake account and go to the cashier section
  2. Choose your preferred withdrawal method
  3. Add the withdrawal amount and submit the request
  4. In some cases, you will need to add financial details and complete a second verification process.
  5. Request Withdrawal

How Long Does MyStake Take to Pay Out?

The withdrawal time at MyStake depends on the payment method you choose. Crypto payments are instant. E-wallets are the quickest and typically complete transfers within 24 hours. Crypto is also quite fast, but the transfer times will vary depending on the state of the network. Bank transfer is the slowest payment method. The transactions usually take 3 business days. Complete KYC before you start gambling to minimize delays in withdrawals.

One notable benefit of MyStake is that it supports many payment methods. As a standard policy, the site asks customers to withdraw funds using the same option they used for deposits. If this isn’t possible, you may need to contact the customer service team for assistance. These are the available withdrawal methods at MyStake online casino:

  • E-wallets – Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity
  • Bank Transfer – wire or online transfer your bank account
  • Crypto – Bitcoin, Litecoin, TRON, Dogecoin, Ethereum
  • Bank Cards – MasterCard, Visa debit and credit cards

What is the Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal?

mystake withdrawal limits

You will only be able to request a withdrawal when you win at least $/€20 ($/€50 for some methods). Withdrawals are capped at $/€7500 a week or $/€15000 a month. The limit for a single transaction is $15000 (i.e. maximum withdrawal amount). If you aren’t using the USD, you can convert these amounts to your own currency as per the terms and conditions.

Are there any Withdrawal Fees at MyStake?

MyStake doesn’t have any charges for withdrawals (commissions of 0%). You may only need to pay transaction fees to your payment processor. If you’re using crypto, these costs will be in the form of gas fees or network charges.

List of Supported Currencies

MyStake is an international betting platform, so keep in mind it has to support multiple currencies. You will have to pick a currency when you create your MyStake account. The available options include:

  • EUR
  • USD
  • GBP
  • AUD
  • ARS
  • CAD
  • BRL

Can I Change the Currency in My Account?

While it is possible to change your currency at MyStake, the process is extremely complicated. You have to contact the customer support team and explain which currency you intend to use. The team will also need to know why you want to change your currency. MyStake assures customers that all legit requests will be processed in a timely manner. Pick the most convenient currency when signing up to avoid this complicated process later on.

Most Common MyStake Withdrawal Problems

mystake withdrawal delay

For the most part, withdrawals at MyStake go smoothly with delays not common at all. However, you may experience a few issues when taking money out of your account.

Before we continue, you will need to make sure to verify your identity first. Payouts will be closed until the KYC procedure is complete.

Let’s look at some of the common withdrawal problems and their solutions.

  • Slow withdrawals – Don’t be alarmed if your withdrawal takes more than 2 days. This small delay is expected. In many cases, the casino will simply need some time to review your account and playing activity before releasing the funds. Check that you’ve submitted all required verification documents, as every error slows down the withdrawal process. Make sure you contact the support team for more insight into the issue.
  • Blocked credit card transactions – In some countries, banks may reject withdrawals from online casinos at their own discretion. You can instead opt for methods like crypto.
  • Unable to request a withdrawal – You won’t be able to request until you wager your deposits at least once. If you have a bonus, you should check the wagering requirements. You may not be able to withdraw winnings until you meet these rollover requirements. Another thing to check is whether you are using a VPN. If the site discovers that you’re masking your location, it will have to run extra verification.

      Hi Sabrina,

I see there is a big issue here and since verification on your part is okay, we will need to see what the problem on the MyStake side is.

Would you submit an official complaint about it 👉 here

We will need some details of your account ID and so on.

We will then get in touch with MyStake representatives and see what we can do to help you resolve this issue.

          Hi Nigel,

So it seems problems such as these persist. We will address your issue as well with MyStake.

The link for the complaint is the same as above and so are the details we need regarding your Mystake player's account. (alternatively find the complaint's page in the footer of our site).

We will then contact Mystake with your problem and write to you what they have to say on the matter.

          Katerina
