Other Issue – Hollywoodbets (19-03-2025)

Hi I’m murshaly I have ai complain about hollywood instance on Saturday evening round about 00.13 I did play and did win R2,232 and due to maintenance at the bank at that time which I dident know that the bank was off line cause they dident alert us with the any sms.so know due to the delay of it dident my withdrawal go threw successfully so on Monday I went to the fnb bank to see if I cant withdrawal the amount there but as they look threw my stuff they could see any money there so they send me back to Hollywood as I got there and explained my situation they did put me threw ai another consultation so I explain to them the same thing and this was on Monday and they told me after they collected my name and surnane and phone number that they will look into the mater and correct it and than I must just have patience the money will be back reversed into my account and im stil waiting on them so I would like if you can help me cause it dasent look to me as if this people are doing there work properly so ask with appreciation plz I need my money that they are taking so long with it’s been 5 working days already
